Slabjacking
Sinking slabs don't always need to be replaced. Slabjacking lifts existing concrete back to level by injecting a dense grout or polyurethane foam underneath, filling voids and stabilizing the substrate.

What It Is
Slabjacking (also called mudjacking) is a repair technique that raises sunken concrete by pumping lifting material through small holes drilled in the slab. It costs a fraction of a tear-out and can be driven on the same day.
When You Need It
- Sunken driveway or garage slab
- Uneven walkway creating a trip hazard
- Settled patio pulling away from the house
- Pool deck or stair landing dropping over time
- Any slab still structurally sound but no longer level
Our Process
- 01AssessmentWe measure the drop and confirm the slab is a candidate for lifting.
- 02Drill portsSmall holes drilled through the slab — typically 1 inch, patched after.
- 03Inject & liftLifting material pumped underneath until the slab returns to grade.
- 04Patch & cleanPorts sealed, site cleaned, slab ready for immediate use.
